No attorney can possibly keep up with all areas and complexities of the law, and that is the reason I only contract with attorneys that practice criminal, driving under the influence, and traffic law. I have a robust system check to determine if there are any conflicts of interest, including co-defendant matters. Before we sign an agreement, I will check to ensure that I do not have a conflict. If I do find a conflict of interest, I will inform you immediately.
I take my ethical duties as an attorney seriously, and I will maintain the confidences of you and your client. I do not disclose any information to a third-party as it is protected under attorney-client privilege.
I do not conduct legal research and writing for individuals without an attorney. I only work with attorneys licensed in California. If you need legal representation, please contact a private attorney in your city, or contact the local Public Defender's Office.
